Demand-side Platform for Ad Management

DSP, or demand-side platform, is where advertisers manage the performance of the paid campaigns. During my work at the agency, we needed to build an easy to use, efficient and scalable platform in a very short amount of time - to be exact, 2 weeks from design to release. I worked on the design, managed the product scope and collaborated with the software engineers to clear out the MVP, utilize existing development components and deliver this compact DSP.
